TV Friends End User License Agreement

Using TV Friends ("this service") is subject to the terms of this agreement ("Terms").  You may not use this service until you accept these Terms, and your acceptance of these Terms forms a binding contact between you and LUXALA Inc. ("LUXALA"). You cannot use this service if you are under 18 years old even if your parents agree.

1. This service is under development; therefore, there could be issues which prevent you to use this service.  Even if the issues exist, LUXALA will not assure you to recoup your losses.  Because of such issues happened or fixes done against the issues, there is a possibility that your save data could be altered or deleted without any notice.
2. During participation to this service, you must obey laws and these terms, and in addition, you prohibited to make others inconvenience.  Especially, the following activities are prohibited.
• Any action which disturbs this service
• Any commercial use of this service without agreement with LUXALA, and any commercial activity in this service without agreement with LUXALA
• Any action which tries to change this service's save data, client and server programs, and data between the client and the server.
• Any action which distributes personal information
3. LUXALA will update this service when necessary.  There is a possibility that there will be a loss of a certain function in the service or a loss of your save data.  Unless laws prohibit, LUXALA has no obligation to assure you recouping your losses.
4. You may submit your opinion or ideas to improve this service.  In that case you must agree that LUXALA can adopt a part or all of your opinion or ideas without paying you any consideration or compensation.
5. You must agree that LUXALA has right to track or record your activity in this service, including communication.  However, LUXALA has no obligation to track and record all activities in this service.
6. Intellectual Property of any software, data and contents related to this service belongs to LUXALA. To use this service you must obey this agreement, any related copyright raw, and intellectual property right raw.
7. Except the raw doesn't admit LUXALA's acquittal, LUXALA has no obligation to compensate your data loss, software/hardware damage, and any other damages caused to you or the 3rd person by using this service.
8. LUXALA can stop a part or all of this service anytime.  In addition, when LUXALA judges that your activity brakes laws or these terms, LUXALA can take necessary measures to protect LUXALA and third parties' rights.  In this case, LUXALA has no obligation against any of your disadvantages and losses.
9. LUXALA has no obligation against content of data or services provided by outer service providers (e.g. Twitter functions). Similarly, such outer service providers have no obligation against content of data or services provided by LUXALA.
10. LUXALA can update these terms anytime.  When the terms are updated, you will be asked to agree the terms again.
11. These terms shall be governed by and constructed under the laws of Japan.  Any action or proceeding to enforce these Terms or adjudicate any dispute arising out of this Agreement shall be heard in the Courts in Chiba, Japan.
